The Frazer House

Kisa drove up to the house, behind Madeline. She looked up at it. "You weren't kidding about it being big."

Madeline smiled and Carter stepped out of the car.

"Oh yeah. It's smaller than our old home in NY but it'll do"

Nicole stared at the house "Woah."

Carter laughed and opened the door "I guess you can say that."

She smiled at him. Get over it, he's doesn't like you like that. she scolded herself.

Madeline walked into the house first.

"Don't mind the boxes. Although we've been here awhile, we still haven't unpacked." She walked up the stairs to her room "Come on."

Her brother shrugged and followed grabbing Kisa's hand on the way up.

Nicole followed looking up at the high ceilings and she barely noticed the hand holding. But she did and she suddenly had an emotion-less expression on her face.

Madeline glanced around "Hey Nicole? What's wrong?"

She opened the door to her room and dug around in a box. "Damn. Carter where is it." She opened another box and grabbed a cord. "Okay. Never mind." She plugged her phone into the wall "That's better."

Carter rolled his eyes and leaned against the wall.

"Nice room Madeline." Kisa nodded and sat down in a chair.

Nicole looked at Maddy, "Oh, nothing that you could help with." she forced a smile. "Nice house." she whispered.

Madeline shrugged "Okay. And thanks." She smiled and continued to look through boxes. "I'm going to change okay?"

She went into the bathroom and her closet.

She came out wearing her grey sweats,beige uggs, a plain white tee shirt , a lululemon hoddie was draped over her hand. She set it down and dug threw another box.

She whisked her hair into a sloppy bun and tied a white bandana around her head.

She finally pulled out a black purse and a pair of silver earrings

"Ready to go?" She asked as she un-hooked her phone which was fully charged.

"Hold on." Her brother went through the bathroom and came out with a black hurley sweater and was sliding on a pair of vans .

"Yeah okay."

Kisa stood, picking up her bag . "So where to first?"

Madeline shrugged "My car? Your car?"

Carter leaned against the wall "I like your car better Mads. No offence Kisa."

"First we need to get dresses" Madeline squealed.

Kisa smiled. "Oh I do too, Carter. Mine's from last year. I need a new one. But first, dresses!"

Madeline grinned with excitement.

"Oh yay! Let's go." She grabbed her car keys from her desk and sped down the stairs. Carter followed more slowly.

"Coming Nicole?" He asked.

She nodded and followed them down the stairs.

Kisa followed them down the stairs, excitement plain on her face. She loved dress shopping.

Madeline unlocked the car from the house and danced towards it.

"Come onn Carter love." She sang and motioned him to hurry up.

Carter rolled his eyes "Come on Nicole. She'll be crabby if we don't go or hurry."

They reached the car just after Kisa.

Kisa got into the car, and Nicole followed her. "Well, let's go."

Madeline gunned the engine

"Shopping!" She squealed and stepped on the gas.

Carter sighed "Mads. Slow down."

"Oh. Sorry." She slowed.

-Dress Shop-

Madeline wipped into the driveway and was off in a second. Her bags were still packed from leaving New York and now that she was going back. Well. She glared once at the house and shook her head.
She was at the airport in about an hour. Luckily for her she didn't meet any cops on the way and it was good for her. Bad for her brother.
