Biology

Carter was the first into the room and he drummed his fingers on the desk. He checked his watch. Yup. Mads phone would be dead.

Zach walked into Bio, it was empty except for the guy from his last class. He sat down.

Eve walked into Bio chewing gum and popped a bubble as she passed a couple guys. She took her seat put her sunglasses on top of her head and pulled out her iPod. She sarted listening to DOA by Foo Fighters.

Zach turned as he heard someone's music through their headphones. It was Foo Fighters. He turned around. "Good song." He said, loud enough that she could hear him over the music.

She looked up and blew another bubble. "Yep" she said just as the song changed to Memory by sugarcult. She started patting the beat on the table and mouthing the words as she tilted her head back and looked at the ceiling.

He pulled out his own ipod and put on Linkin Park - Papercut. No one in this class seemed too talkative.

She turned her iPod off and she heard the other guy's iPod turned to one of her faveorite songs. "Hey" she said to the guy in front of her. "Good song." she said smiling her sarcastic grin.

He grinned. "Well I wouldn't put crappy music on my ipod. Then I'd have to listen to it."

"Very very true." she said nodding. "So what's your name?" she asked him.

"Zack." he said. "And you are?"

"Call me Eve," she blew a bubble. Hmm this could be interesting. she thought.

"Okay then, Eve."

She looked at the boy really for the first time. He was cute, nothing she would usually date he didn't look very punk-rock-on drugs. She looked at his shoulders. He probably knew she was looking him over, but she didn't care.

He shifted under her gaze, but returned it, looking her over. She was very different from the other girls he'd been around today, Kisa and Madeline.

She sighed. He was returning it now. "See something you like?" she whispered sarcstically.

He smirked. "Nothing special."

"I could say the same" she smiled. Sense of Humor was good. No boy could usually handle her sarcasm.

"So music isn't the only thing we agree on."

"Guess not." she shrugged. "So where is the teach?" she looked around. "It's ten minutes past class start..." she wondered. It's not like she would pay attention anyway, but still.

"I...don't know." He said, looking around.

"Wanna Skip?" she could think of better things to do then stick around for stupid Bio.

"Don't see why not." He'd never like Bio, anyway.

"Great." she smiled. She grabbed her stuff. "Let's hang at the music store?" she suggested.

"Sounds good." he said, grabbing his stuff.

Adventure she thought.
