Kisa looked up at Carter, she felt so...useless. He looked like a combination of anxious, worried, disappointed, and just...sad. And she couldn't help.

Carter was fighting back his fury for his sister. But he could understand. The move was hard. Harder for her. But it was still hard. He shook his head again and sighed.

"I feel like we should at least do...something." Kisa said, frowning.

"I don't know what we can do Kisa." Carter murmured

She took his hand. "You know her better than anyone...there has to be something."

Eve looked at them, "Let's try the airport, if she hasn't dumped her phone yet maybe we can reach her." Eve suggested hurriedly.

Carter glared at her "Nothing. There isn't anything you can tell her that will make her come back."

"That may be but we can't just do nothing. I don't care if she hangs up on us, I don't care if she doesn't listen. We can try that's the point. I'm sorry for what I did, I didn't know it would set her off, I want to apolagize. I know how you feel, Cartewr, I'm not even related to my brother, biologically, but he is my life. I know what it feels like. I know." she tried to explain herself.

Carter glared at her "Leave. Us. Alone. Alright. Just don't talk to me anymore."

Kisa rolled her eyes. "Carter, she's trying to help. Don't you see that?"

"Kisa. I'm sorry. She can't." Carter snapped

"Well what makes you think I can?"

"Kisa. I. Don't. Know. Alright." He sighed with frustration and started to pace.

She sighed. "Stop that."

"Arg. Kisa. Madeline. What am I going to do?" He still continued to pace.

"Well, for starters you could stop pacing." Kisa said, reaching out to stop him by grabbing his arm.

He stopped and looked at her hand.

"Thank you!" She said, quieting as she finished the phrase. She followed his gaze.

He only nodded and started to pull away to pace again.

She rolled her eyes. "Stop! You're not helping anything it's only making me anxious."

"I can't just stand here and do nothing Kisa. I need to do something. And Madeline is gone and it's my fault"

"This is NOT YOUR FAULT! Stop blaming yourself and if you really want to do something do something PRODUCTIVE!" Kisa almost yelled. She put her head down and stepped back.

Carter stared at her "Uh. Kay then."

She looked up, almost pleadingly. "I'm going home. You don't need me here, you don't even want me here."

He held out his hand "No. Please don't." He almost begged
